Jefferson City, Mo., (April 5, 2025)- The Missouri Valley College men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the Lincoln Open (Mo.), Saturday, in Jefferson City, Mo. The Vikings competed against programs from multiple collegiate divisions at the event. The women’s team was led by Senior Kylie Linson, who finished second in shot put with a distance of 13.13 meters, and three other Vikings finished third in their respective event. Leading the men’s team was Freshman Micah Mumford, who placed third in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 16.93. Some events could not take place due to the rain.
