Marshall, Mo., (May 23, 2024)- Missouri Valley College spring athletic teams have produced 40 Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athletes for the 2024 spring sports season spread across 11 separate programs. Softball produced the most scholar athletes of the spring season, with 11 student-athletes recognized. A combined 115 student-athletes were recognized with the award for the 2023-24 academic year, setting a new record department record.

Ashford Stadium. The Vikings played close, but the Wildcats pulled away late as Missouri Valley fell, 14-6, to close the season.
