Spring NAIA Scholar Athletes Recognized, New Department Record Set

Marshall, Mo., (May 23, 2024)- Missouri Valley College spring athletic teams have produced 40 Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athletes for the 2024 spring sports season spread across 11 separate programs.  Softball produced the most scholar athletes of the spring season, with 11 student-athletes recognized.  A combined 115 student-athletes were recognized with the award for the 2023-24 academic year, setting a new record department record.

Marshall, Mo., (April 27, 2024)- The Missouri Valley College baseball team hosted Graceland (Iowa) in a Heart of America Athletic Conference doubleheader Saturday afternoon in Marshall, Mo.  The Vikings used a pair of home runs to win the opener, 4-2, but had a late rally fall short, falling 12-9 in the second game.
