Bio

Julia Mejias is in her fifth season as an assistant coach on the women's soccer coaching staff.  She was a four-year student-athlete in teh program, earning All-America and Scholar Athlete honors in 2018 and 2019.  As a member of the coaching staff, Mejias has helped the program to four-straight NAIA National tournament appearances and captured the program's first-ever Heart Postseason Tournament championship in 2023.

Mejias also holds the roll Sports Information Assistant, and added those responsibilities in 2022.  She graduated from Valley in 2019 with a double major of busniess management and marketing.  She earned her MBC with a Human Resources emphasis from Columbia (Mo.) in 2022.  Mejias is originally from Canary Island, Spain.
