Tom Hayob enters season No. 12 as the assistant women's basketball coach at MVC. Coach Hayob returned to his alma mater, Missouri Valley College, after teaching and coaching in the public school systems for more than 30 years.

Coach Hayob received his Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from MVC in 1979, and a Master of Arts in education administration from Lindenwood University in 2004.

Coach Hayob is currently an adjunct mathematics instructor at MVC. He resides in Marshall, Mo.
