Bio

Charley Dukes joined the Missouri Valley College men's soccer coaching staff with the 2020 season, as a graduate assistant.  Prior to the 2022 season, Dukes was promoted to a full-time assistant coach position with the program.  While at Missouri Valley, Dukes has helped the program capture two Heart of America Athletic Confernece regular season titles (2022, 2023), one Heart Postseason Tournament chamionship (2023), four appearances in the NAIA Men's Soccer National Tournament (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), advancing to the National tournament site in each of those four appearances.  The 2020 season culminated with the program's first National championship.  Dukes was part of the 2020 United Soccer Coaches' National Coaching Staff of the Year in the NAIA, and the 2022 United Soccer Coaches' Regional Coaching Staff of the Year in the NAIA.

 

As a student-athlete, Dukes played collegiate soccer at Hastings (Neb.).  He was part of teams that won four-straight GPAC regular season titles and three GPAC Postseason Tournament championships, along with the 2016 NAIA National championship.

 

Dukes graduated from Hastings with degrees in busniess management and sports management.  He also received an MBA from Columbia (Mo.) in 2022.  Dukes, originally from Southampton, England, holds an FA Level 2 Coaching Badge from the United Kingdom.
