Coach Kassidy Ramirez is excited to enter her first season as the assistant coach at Missouri Valley College. Prior to Missouri Valley College, Ramirez served as an assistant coach for Rio Grande City High School, where she aided in producing two State Placers, three State Qualifiers, one Regional Champion and multiple Regional Qualifiers in the State of Texas. Coach Ramirez competed collegiately for four years at Lyon College for Coach Kevin Corbett (Head Coach at Missouri Valley College). Ramirez was a NAIA All-American for Lyon College. In 2020, she helped aid her team in winning a Sooner Athletic Conference Championship. Ramirez graduated from Lyon College in 2022 with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and is currently working on her Masters in Education Administration from Missouri Valley College. Prior to attending college, Coach Ramirez lived in Rio Grande City, Texas where she wrestled for two seasons and became a State Qualifier for Rio Grande City High School within her first full year of wrestling (2017).
