Des Moines, Iowa, (Nov. 26, 2024)- The No. 9 Missouri Valley College women's wrestling team traveled to Des Moines, Iowa, for a dual against No. 1 Grand View (Iowa). Missouri Valley won two matchups, but fell by a final score of 36-10.
103 pounds: No. 7 Junior Sage Beltran (Honolulu, Hawaii) lost to No. 5 Devyn Moore in a first period pin. Grand View leads, 5-0.
110 pounds: No. 12 Senior Hailey Holland (San Bernardino, Calif.) lost to No. 10 Tristan Nitta in a first period pin. Grand View leads, 10-0.
117 pounds: Freshman Sarah Pineda (Perris, Calif.) lost to No. 3 Cailin Campbell in a first period pin. Grand View leads, 15-0.
