Bio

Delmar Croka has been involved with the shooting sports program for six years.  The first five years Croka led the program as Head Coach, and the 2023-24 season saw Croka move into an assistant coach and practice ranger mananger position.  As head coach, Croka produced four All-Americans.

Croka has also been volunteer for 4-H in Saline Country for nearly 40 years, as a shooting sports coordinator and leader.  He was inducted into the Missouri 4-H Hall of Fame in 2016 and has been a Missouri Department of Conservation Hunter Education Instructor for over 30 years.
