MISSOURI VALLEY COLLEGE TRACK AND FIELD TEAMS COMPETE AT CMU INVITE

Fayette, Mo., (March. 29-30, 2024)- The Missouri Valley College men's and women's track and field teams compete at the CMU outdoor Invite Friday and Saturday in Fayette, Mo.

Men's Results:

Senior Khobi Kellerman (Auxvasse, Mo): placed 7th in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:08.47.

Freshman Matthew Fisher (Houston, Texas): placed 8th in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 59.82. He also placed 28th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.69 an 42nd in the 200 meter dash with a time of 24.04

Freshman Mac Dawkins (Spokane, Wash.): Placed 12th in long jump with a distance of 6.10 meters. He also placed 39th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.17 and 62nd in the 200 meter dash with a time of 24.82.

Sophomore Derel Morris (New York, N.Y.): Placed 13th in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:07.15.

Freshman Al'zaveon Harris: placed 16th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.87.

Freshman Samuel Brown (Cedar Hill, Texas): placed 21st in the 400 meter dash with a time of 53.47. He also placed 26th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.48.

Freshman Evans Kiptoo: placed 22nd in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:32.79.

Junior Ranse Santiago (Kauffman, Tx): placed 22nd in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:13.29.

Freshman Jorge Munoz (Madrid, Spain): placed 28th in the 400 meter dash with a time of 55.32. He also placed 56th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 24.49.

Freshman Jordan Ford (Dadeville, Ala): Placed 29th in the 400 meter dash with a time of 55.69. He also placed 63 in the 200 meter dash with a time of 25.13.

Junior Tyler Polley (Brooksfield, Mo): placed 35th in the 400 meter dash with a time of 59.88.

Freshman Angel Lopez: placed 39th in the 1500 meter run with a time of 5:28.42.

Women's Results:

Freshman Jozelynn Bostick (Centralia, Mo): placed 1st in the 3000 meter steeple with a time of 12:40.69. She also placed 1st in the 5000 meter run with a time of 20:23.11.

Freshman Alexis Neff: placed 3rd in pole vault with a height of 2.15 meters. As far as running events, she placed 25th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 13.79 and 34th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 29.11.

Sophomore Federica Gammarota (Sofoggia, Italy): Placed 4th in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:07.61. She also placed 9th in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.69.

Freshman Ahnesty Shurme (Tyler, Texas):placed 5th in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:03.57. She also placed 17th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.55.

Sophomore Zoey Chrisman (Brooksfield, Mo): placed 6th in shot put with a distance of 12.36 meters. She also placed 10th in the discus throw with a distance of 36.21 meters and 14th in the hammer throw with a distance of 37.29 meters.

Junior Paula Romero Rodriguez (Madrid, Spain): placed 7th in the hammer throw with a distance of 44.14 meters. She also placed 10th in shot put with a distance of 11.771 meters and placed 11th in discus with a distance of 35.97 meters.

Junior Kylie Linson (Troy, Mo.): placed 8th in the hammer throw with a distance of 42.69 meters. She also placed 15th in shot put with a distance of 11.02 meters.

Sophomore Emily Lechuga (hometown): placed 9th in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:08.79. She also placed 9th in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:22.38.

Freshman Emily Dolberry: placed 11th in high jump with a height of 1.50 meters. She also placed 17th in long jump with a distance of 4.49 meters. As for running events, she placed

Freshman Mya McKenzie (St. Louis, Mo.): placed 15th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 13.07. She also placed 16th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.45 . As for field events, she placed 16th in long jump with a distance of 4.54 meters.

Freshman Isabella Kuenkamp (Warrensburg, Mo.): Kuenkamp placed 18th in discus with a distance of 28.94 meters. She also placed 23rd in the hammer throw with a distance of 32.92 meters.

Freshman Sydnei Cummings: placed 18th in javelin with a distance of 22.53 meters

Freshman Choize Hysten (Topeka, Kan.): Placed 20th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 13.19. She also placed 25th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.94.

Junior Arianna Loot (Bay City, Texas): placed 21st in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.67. She also placed 23rd in the 100 meter dash with a time of 13.56.

Freshman Zaya Dove (Kansas City, Mo): placed 24th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 13.70.

Junior Samantha Bitz (Marion, Ill.): placed 29th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 14.00. She also placed 32nd in the 200 meter dash with a time of 28.88. As for field events, she placed 19th in long jump with a distance of 4.26 meters.

Up next, the Viking track and field teams will continue their outdoor seasons at the Lincoln Invite, April 6th, in Jefferson City, Mo.
