Men's Volleyball Student-Athlete Earns Weekly Heart Award
Marshall, Mo., (March 10, 2025)- A Missouri Valley College men's volleyball student-athlete has earned a weekly award from the Heart of America Athletic Conference after his play in a pair of road victories last week.
Senior Setter Lucas Rodrigues (Balnelariu Cambriu, Brazil) has been named the Heart Men's Volleyball Setter of the Week, presented by Molten. Rodrigues led the No. 11 Vikings in two road wins over Nationally ranked opponents. In a four-game win at No. 15 William Penn (Iowa), Rodrigues totaled 46 assists, adding five digs and one ace.
