
Men's Volleyball Stays Nationally Ranked in Latest Coaches' Poll
Marshall, Mo., (Feb. 19, 2025)- The Missouri Valley College men's volleyball team remained Nationally ranked in the latest edition of the NAIA Men's Volleyball Coaches' Top 15 Poll, released Wednesday.
Missouri Valley fell two spots from the preseason poll, and are ranked No. 12. The team opened with a 4-2 record during the ratings period, which included wins over then-No. 7 Benedictine Mesa (Ariz.), Jamestown (N.D.), Simpson (Calif.) and Viterbo (Wisc.). The losses came to No. 5 Park (Mo.) and No. 7 Missouri Baptist.
The Vikings are one of five teams from the Heart of America Athletic Conference featured in the top 15. Grand View (Iowa) fell to No. 4, Park (Mo.) moved to No. 5, Missouri Baptist rose to No. 7 and Mount Mercy (Iowa) entered the poll at No. 10.
The men's volleyball team sits at 4-2 overall and 0-2 in the Heart. Up next, the Vikings will travel to Ottawa, Kan., to play Ottawa (Kan.), Tuesday at 7 p.m.
