Bio

Dwain graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1960 after serving his country for three years in the United States Marine Corps.  While at Missouri Valley College Dwain was a four-year letterman in football and earned All-Conference honors in 1963.

After graduation Dwain continued his education at Northeast Missouri State University, the National Science Foundation Institute, and Central Missouri State University.  Dwain has taught and coached at Clinton, Westport, and William Chrisman High Schools.  Dwain was the assistant coach to Alan Ritchie, Dan Stanley, Ron Burch, and Larry Burkhart.  Dwain was also the head football coach and wrestling coach at Odessa High School.

In 1973, Dwain became a partner in Hall-Mach Athletic Goods with Ray Mach, Doug Smith, and Ron Porter as partners.  Their company has been, and continues to be, a highly regarded and reputable outfitter of athletic equipment among high schools, colleges, and athletes.  Dwain has lived in the Marshall community for 30 years.  He and his wife Joyce have been married for 40 years, and have three daughters, and three grandchildren.
