Bio

Tom graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1970.  He was a four-year defensive starter for the Valley football team, renowned for his open field tackling.  During his senior year, he was selected as co-captain by his peers.  He amassed six interceptions and received a spot on the All-MCAU Honorable Mention team.  Tom played under three head coaches: Volney Ashford, Ed Elliot,  and Ken Gibler.

As a student at Missouri Valley College, Tom was a V-Club member, proctor at Black Hall and runner-up for Mr. Viking.  Tom’s commitment to Valley has grown over the years.  In 1969 he was named the Outstanding Alumnus.  Currently, he is a member of the President’s Society and sits on the MVC Board of Trustees

Tom and his wife, Janet Clough Taylor, live in Campe Verde, Arizona.  He is a certified financial planer with Taylor and Padgett Financial Group.
