Bio

Roscoe graduated from Missouri Valley College in 1954 earning a major in health and Physical Education with a minor in History.  While at Missouri Valley College Roscoe played football for four-years and baseball for one-year.

After spending two years in the United State Army during his college career, Roscoe worked as an Athletic Director – Boys Worker with the Salvation Army in Kansas City.  This was the beginning of a 22 year career in social work.  In the summer of 1959 roscoe accepted the position of Program Director at Minute Circle Friendly House (a community center in Kansas City), later moving up to the Executive Director.  Roscoe later left his position to work for a truck line.

Roscoe enjoys his retirement with his wife of 45 years and have very fond memories of Missouri Valley College and the time spent there.
