Bio

Kathy transferred to Missouri Valley College in the fall of 1983 and became an influential member of the varsity softball team for three years and a high point scorer for the varsity basketball team for two years.  Kathy received softball Most Valuable Player honors tow years running, was selected as a co-captain by her teammates, and was selected to the Heart of America Athletic Conference all-star team during her senior year.

While on campus, Kathy was a member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority and the Women’s Varsity Athletic Organization.  Kathy graduated in 1986 earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting.

Kathy is married to Steve Cowen (Class of 1986) and has two children ages eleven and eight.
