Justin Palmer’s induction into the Missouri Valley College Athletic Hall of Fame follows his successful career with the Viking football program from 1991-94 as a linebacker.  A four-year letterman, Justin was a three-time selection to the Heart of America Athletic Conference All-Conference team.  He was named the conferences’ Defensive Player of the Year in 1993, and was a first team NAIA All-American selection.  Justin finished his 14 touchdowns at the outside linebacker position, and was a co-captain for the 1994 season.  Justin helped the team to a conference championship and a first round appearance in the NAIA Football Championship series in 1994.
